PFM Rates List definition

PFM Rates List means the document entitled the "PFM Rates List" published by Network Rail on its website and specifying PFM Rates, as updated from time to time in accordance with these Traction Electricity Rules;

Examples of PFM Rates List in a sentence

  • Once ORR has consented to or determined the PFM Rate in respect of a particular PFM Fleet and PFM Year, and provided that the Metered Train Operator's track access contract includes provision for PFM Rates to apply, such PFM Rate shall apply for 13 (thirteen) consecutive Periods from the date specified by ORR in its consent or determination, and Network Rail shall update the PFM Rates List accordingly within 28 (twenty-eight) days of such consent or determination.

  • User Manual means the user guide, Help Guide, documentation provided with the Software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • CPI Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the CPI Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the CPI Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Base CD Rate means the sum of (a) the Three-Month Secondary CD Rate multiplied by the Statutory Reserve Rate plus (b) the Assessment Rate.

  • State Sanctions List means a list that is adopted by any state Governmental Authority within the United States of America pertaining to Persons that engage in investment or other commercial activities in Iran or any other country that is a target of economic sanctions imposed under U.S. Economic Sanctions Laws.

  • HICP Daily Inflation Reference Index means (i) in relation to the first day of any given calendar month, the HICP Monthly Reference Index of the third calendar month preceding such month, and (ii) in relation to a day D (other than the first day) in any given month ("M"), the linear interpolation of the HICP Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third calendar month preceding such month ("M – 3") and the second calendar month preceding such month ("M – 2") calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.
