Peso Rate Loan definition

Peso Rate Loan means a Revolving Credit Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Peso Rate. Peso Rate Loans may only be denominated in Pesos. All Revolving Credit Loans denominated in Pesos must be Peso Rate Loans.
Peso Rate Loan means a Foreign Currency Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Peso Rate. All Peso Rate Loans must be denominated in Mexican Pesos and shall only be made to a Foreign Borrower that is organized under the laws of Mexico.

  • Any prepayment of a Eurocurrency Rate Loan or Peso Rate Loan shall be accompanied by all accrued interest on the amount prepaid, together with any additional amounts required pursuant to Section 3.05.

  • Fixed Rate Loans means CD Loans or Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market Loans (excluding Money Market LIBOR Loans bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 8.01(a)) or any combination of the foregoing.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Term Rate.” All Alternative Currency Term Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • Prime Rate Loan means any Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Prime Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Daily Rate.” All Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.
