It is also understood and agreed that no license or right is granted by GHI to Incyte under this Article 6 to practice or use the Paraffin Extraction Technology in the GHI Database Field of Use, Diagnostic Field of Use, Homebrew Field of Use, and/or Personal Research Field of Use.
