Definition of Permitted Retirement Date


Permitted Retirement Date means the date on which a Participant both has (i) completed at least ten (10) years of full-time employment with the Company or any subsidiary, and (ii) is at least 55 years old.

Examples of Permitted Retirement Date in a sentence

Except as otherwise provided in this Section 7(b), if a Participants Separation from Service occurs prior the Participants Permitted Retirement Date, then the Participant shall be paid, within thirty-one (31) days after the Participants Separation from Service, a lump-sum amount equal to the credit balance of the Participants Retirement Account.
Except as otherwise provided in this Section 8(b), if a Participants Termination Date occurs prior the Participants Permitted Retirement Date for any reason other than the Participants death, then the Participant shall be paid, within thirty (30) days after the Participants Termination Date, an amount equal to the credit balance of the Participants Retirement Account.
