PAYMENT OF ACCRUED INTEREST definition

PAYMENT OF ACCRUED INTEREST. Except as provided below, Borrower will pay all interest accrued on this Note in arrears on the first day of each month following a month in which any principal is outstanding (or October 1, 1996, in the case of the first month). Interest will be computed on a 365/360 day basis compounding monthly; that is in each month 1/360 of the Nine Percent (9.0%) annual interest rate, will be multiplied by (I) the sum of (a) the outstanding principal balance and (b) accumulated interest through the end of the prior month and (II) the actual number of days that the principal was outstanding in such month. Beginning as of the Date of this Note first written above and continuing until (but not including) March 1, 1998, Borrower may defer payment of all accrued interest unless (a) after September 1, 1996 Borrower sells shares of its stock (or options or other rights to acquire such shares) with aggregate gross proceeds of at least Thirteen Million Dollars ($13,000,000) prior to March 1, 1998, or (b) there is an occurrence of any EVENT OF DEFAULT under BUSINESS LOAN AGREEMENT (as defined below). When Borrower fails to qualify to defer interest payments, all accrued unpaid interest will be due within ten (10) days of such failure, except in the case of an Event of Default in which case all accrued unpaid interest will be immediately due.
PAYMENT OF ACCRUED INTEREST. On or before October 31, 1999, Borrower will pay all interest accrued on this Note, in arrears through October 31,1999. Beginning on the Date of Note and continuing through October 31, 1999, interest will be computed on a 365/360 day basis; that is in each month 1/360 of the Seven and One Quarter Percent (7.25%) annual interest rate, will be multiplied by (I) the outstanding principal and (II) the actual number of days that the principal was outstanding in such month. AMORTIZING PAYMENTS OF PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST: Beginning on November 30, 1999 and continuing through April 30, 2001, Borrower will pay Fifty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Eight Dollars and Sixty Two Cents ($58,798.62) on the last day of each month on account of interest and principal. Beginning November 1, 1999 and continuing until the loan is paid in full, interest will be computed on a monthly basis; that is in each month 1/12 of the Seven and One Quarter Percent (7.25%) annual interest rate, will be multiplied by the outstanding principal as of the beginning of the month.

  • Uncertificated Accrued Interest With respect to each REMIC Regular Interest on each Distribution Date, an amount equal to one month’s interest at the related Uncertificated Pass-Through Rate on the related Uncertificated Principal Balance or related Uncertificated Notional Amount of such REMIC Regular Interest. In each case, Uncertificated Accrued Interest will be reduced by any Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and Relief Act Interest Shortfalls (allocated to such REMIC Regular Interests as set forth in Section 1.02).

  • Class Unpaid Interest Amounts As to any Distribution Date and Class of interest bearing Certificates, the amount by which the aggregate Class Interest Shortfalls for such Class on prior Distribution Dates exceeds the amount distributed on such Class on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount.

  • Arrears of Interest means as at any date in respect of any Loan, interest (other than Capitalized Interest or Accrued Interest) on that Loan which is currently due and payable and unpaid on that date;
