Patient App definition

Patient App means an application on a patient’s smart phone, laptop, tablet, or other technology that collects Protected Health Information about the patient and makes such Protected Health Information accessible to the patient.
Patient App means an App the Client may have patient and community members download at the App Store or Google Play, which provides the patient and community members a way to communicate and engage with the Client.
