Participating Trade Professional definition

Participating Trade Professional means an entity that participates in any TECH Initiative program. The CPUC, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to review and approve if an organization is a Participating Trade Professional.
Participating Trade Professional. A minimum C-20 Licensed contractor who has signed the Quality Residential HVAC Services Trade Professional Participation Agreement and remains in compliance with the terms of said agreement as a component of their participation in the Quality Residential HVAC Services program. The CPUC, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to review and revise the status of any individual or organization as a Participating Trade Professional at any time, with or without cause.

Examples of Participating Trade Professional in a sentence

  • Participating Trade Professional irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of California, USA, in connection with all actions arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, and waives any objections that venue is an inconvenient forum.

  • All policies shall be written by a financially responsible insurance company licensed or authorized to do business in the state where the Participating Trade Professional is located, and having a rating of at least “A-” and a financial rating of at least “VII” on the most current edition of AM Best’s Key Rating Guide or a secure rating by another generally recognized rating agency.

  • Participating Trade Professional agrees to cooperate fully with any such investigation or proceeding.

  • Participating Trade Professional and subcontractors shall ensure that the evaluation and treatment of their employees and applicants for employment are free from such discrimination and harassment.

  • Participating Trade Professional understands and agrees that this Participation Agreement and the Program shall at all times be subject to changes or modifications by the CPUC at its sole discretion.

  • Participating Trade Professional understands and agrees that the CPUC may at any time commence an investigation or other regulatory proceeding in connection with the Program and/or this Participant Agreement.

  • Participating Trade Professional and any party engaged by Participating Trade Professional shall carry and maintain throughout the Program Term, insurance meeting at least the minimum coverage amounts set forth below.

  • Participating Trade Professional shall comply with any and all applicable laws, codes and ordinances and obtain all required licenses, finalized permits or approvals from the appropriate authorities.

  • Participating Trade Professional shall diligently resolve any Qualifying Customer complaints in a way that preserves Qualifying Customer satisfaction.

  • Termination of this Agreement or expiration of this Agreement shall not relieve Participating Trade Professional of any warranties or other obligations expressed herein which by their terms are intended to extend beyond termination.

Related to Participating Trade Professional

  • Health professional means an individual licensed or otherwise authorized to engage in a health profession under article 15 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.16101 to 333.18838, and whose scope of practice includes the diagnosis and treatment of individuals with a substance use disorder.

  • Paraprofessional means a person who does not have an academic degree related to the scope of treatment or support services being provided but performs prescribed functions under the general supervision of that discipline.

  • Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Non-Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Qualified mental health professional means a licensed medical practitioner or any other person meeting the qualifications specified in OAR 309-019-0125.

  • Medical professional means a person licensed to practice

  • Licensed professional means a professional registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia pursuant to Article 1 (§ 54.1-400 et seq.) of Chapter 4 of Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia. For purposes of these Standards and Specifications a licensed professional is one that is certified by DPOR as an Architect, Professional Engineer, Land Surveyor, or Landscape Architects.

  • Licensed mental health professional or "LMHP" means a physician, licensed clinical psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, licensed behavior analyst, or licensed psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner.

  • Designated mental health professional means a mental health

  • Licensed health care professional means a person who possesses a professional medical license that is valid in Oregon. Examples include, but are not limited to, a registered nurse (RN), nurse practitioner (NP), licensed practical nurse (LPN), medical doctor (MD), osteopathic physician (DO), respiratory therapist (RT), physical therapist (PT), physician assistant (PA), or occupational therapist (OT).

  • Allied Health Professional means a person registered as an allied health professional with the Health Professions Council;

  • Qualified professional means, for the purposes of OAR 411-320- 0080, any of the following licensed professionals trained to make a diagnosis of a specific intellectual or developmental disability:

  • Mental health professional means a psychiatrist,

  • Design Criteria Professional means a firm who holds a current certificate of registration under Chapter 481 of the Florida Statutes, to practice architecture or landscape architecture, or a firm who holds a current certificate as a registered engineer under Chapter 471 of the Florida Statutes, to practice engineering, and who is employed by or under contract to the District to provide professional architect services, landscape architect services, or engineering services in connection with the preparation of the Design Criteria Package.

  • Retained Professional means an Entity: (a) employed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to a Final Order in accordance with sections 327 and 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code and to be compensated for services rendered prior to the Effective Date, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 329, 330, or 331 of the Bankruptcy Code; or (b) for which compensation and reimbursement has been allowed by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to section 503(b)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer means a person acceptable to Buyer in its reasonable judgment who (a) is licensed to practice engineering in California, (b) has training and experience in the power industry specific to the technology of the Project, (c) has no economic relationship, association, or nexus with Seller or Buyer, other than to meet the obligations of Seller pursuant to this Agreement, (d) is not a representative of a consultant, engineer, contractor, designer or other individual involved in the development of the Project or of a manufacturer or supplier of any equipment installed at the Project, and (e) is licensed in an appropriate engineering discipline for the required certification being made.

  • Health profession ’ means allopathic medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, geriatric medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, podiatric medicine, nursing, public health nursing, dentistry, psychiatry, osteopathy, optometry, pharmacy, psychology, public health, social work, marriage and family therapy, chiropractic medicine, environmental health and engineering, and allied health profession, or any other health profession.

  • Professional Client means a “Professional Client” for the purposes of CySEC Rules, as specified in the Client Categorization Policy found on the Company’s Website.

  • Licensed site remediation professional means an individual who is licensed by the Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board pursuant to section 7 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10C-7) or the department pursuant to section 12 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10C-12).

  • Health care professional means a physician or other health care practitioner licensed, accredited or certified to perform specified health care services consistent with state law.

  • Participating Optometrist means an Optometrist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Professional entertainer means a person who performs services in the professional performing arts for wages or other remuneration on a per-event basis.

  • Licensed professional counselor means a counselor licensed by a Member State, regardless of the title used by that State, to independently assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health conditions.

  • Design Professional means architect or engineer.

  • Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
