Paris Convention definition

Paris Convention means the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property of March 20, 1883, as last revised;

Paris Convention means the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, signed at Paris on March 20, 1883, as revised and amended;

Paris Convention means the Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property signed on March 20, 1883, including any of its revisions;

• I to IV of this Agreement shall derogate from existing obligations that Members may have to each other under the Paris Convention, the Berne Convention, the Rome Convention and the Treaty on Intellectual Property in Respect of Integrated Circuits.
