Parent Restricted Stock Unit Awards means all outstanding restricted stock unit awards in respect of shares of Parent Class A Common Stock.

  • Promptly after the Closing Date, Parent shall file or otherwise have available a registration statement on Form S-8 (or other appropriate form) with respect to the shares of Parent Common Stock subject to Parent Stock Options, Parent Restricted Stock Unit Awards and Parent Deferred Stock Unit Awards.
