Parent Licensed Intellectual Property definition

Parent Licensed Intellectual Property means all material Intellectual Property licensed to Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.
Parent Licensed Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is licensed to Parent on a non-exclusive basis and that is used in the conduct of the HostPro Business as currently conducted.
Parent Licensed Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is licensed to the Parent or any of its subsidiaries, other than software which (i) is licensed pursuant to inbound “shrink-wrap” licenses and similar publicly available commercial binary code end-user licenses, and (ii) has not been misused, modified or otherwise used in violation of such licenses.
