Paper-based Tendering definition

Paper-based Tendering means the making and submission of a Tender in paper form

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in the case of Paper-based Tendering, regardless of the Item(s) (or Group(s)) the Tenderer is bidding, if the Tenderer fails to submit the Offer to be Bound as mentioned in Paragraph 3.3(a) of the Terms of Tender, its entire Tender will not be considered further.

  • Approved tenderer means the tenderer who is approved by the Employer.

Any Real Property that is not Eligible Real Property shall nevertheless be part of the Collateral.
