PAC Principal Amount. As defined in Section 4.01(b).

More Definitions of PAC Principal Amount

PAC Principal Amount. As to any Distribution Date and for the PAC Group, the amount, if any, that would reduce the balance of the PAC Group to the balance shown in the table set forth in Exhibit M with respect to such Distribution Date.
PAC Principal Amount. For each Class or Classes of PAC Certificates, and as to each Distribution Date, the amount set forth for such Class or Classes and date in the PAC Principal Amount Schedule.
