Planned Principal Balance definition

Planned Principal Balance means for any Distribution Date, the balance shown for such Distribution Date on Schedule XVII.
Planned Principal Balance. With respect to the Class III-A-1, Class III-A-2 and Class III-A-3 Certificates and Component III-A-6-2, the combined amount set forth in the table attached as Appendix D to the Prospectus, for the applicable Distribution Date, under the heading “Class III-A-1, Class III-A-2 and Class III-A-3 and Component III-A-6-2 Aggregate Planned Principal Balance”, which amount shall also constitute the “Planned Principal Balance” for their Corresponding Classes or Components in the aggregate.
Planned Principal Balance. With respect to the Class A-1 Certificates and each Distribution Date, the amount set forth for such Distribution Date on Exhibit L hereto.

  • Aggregate Planned Principal Balance: With respect to each Distribution Date, the aggregate planned principal balance set forth for that Distribution Date for the Class A-4, Class A-5, Class A-7 and Class A-8 Certificates in Exhibit O annexed hereto.

  • On each Distribution Date, the excess of the Cash Flow Distribution Amount over the amount applied pursuant to clauses (ii) (a) through (c) above will be applied as distributions of principal of the Class 2-PZ REMIC Certificates, in an amount up to the amount necessary to reduce the outstanding principal balance thereof to their Planned Principal Balance as set forth in the Principal Balance Schedules for such Distribution Date.

Planned Principal Balance. With respect to any Distribution Date and any PAC, the amount specified for such Class for such Distribution Date in Annex A hereto.
