Owned Vessel definition

Owned Vessel means all vessels that are owned by NM on the Closing Date;
Owned Vessel means all vessels that are owned by NM on the Closing Date; “Services” has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement;
Owned Vessel shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.9.

Related to Owned Vessel

  • U.S.-flag vessel means a vessel of the United States or belonging to the United States, including any vessel registered or having national status under the laws of the United States.
