Oversize definition

Oversize means the difference in size of the facility required to serve the Development Area and the size of the facility which the Developer is required by the condition of subdivision or development permit approval relating to the Lands and terms of this Agreement to construct either within or outside of the Development Area to service additional lands outside of the Development Area;
Oversize means the length, width, or height of a vehicle or combination of vehicles, including the load or loads carried thereon, excluding mirrors or sunshades, which exceed the applicable maximum length, width, or height specified in Section 2 of this Manual.
