OTC Market Report definition

OTC Market Report means a Service consisting of a market report furnished by OTC Markets Group to the Company each week, which contains a comprehensive summary of the Company’s OTC market performance, including daily high, low, and closing bid and ask information for the securities issued by the Company, as applicable, as well as a list of market makers for such securities.
OTC Market Report means a Service consisting of a market report furnished by OTC Markets Group to the Company each week, which contains a comprehensive summary of the Company’s OTC market performance, includ- ing daily high, low, and closing bid and ask information for the OTC Equity Securities issued by the Company, as appli- cable, as well as a list of market makers for such OTC Equity Securities.

  • OTC Markets Group hereby grants to the Company and its affiliates a non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable, license to receive, reproduce and use the Information provided in connection with OTCIQ and OTC Market Report for the Company’s private use at the Company’s and its affiliates’ location(s), by each Authorized User indicated in the OTCQX Application and for no other purpose.

  • OTC Markets means either OTC QX or OTC QB of the OTC Markets Group, Inc.

  • OTC Market means any over-the-counter market or over-the-telephone market in any country in any part of the world, and in relation to any particular Authorised Investment shall be deemed to include any responsible firm, corporation or association in any country in any part of the world dealing in the Authorised Investment which the Manager may from time to time elect.

  • Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink.

  • JOBURG MARKET means Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (SOC) Limited (trading as Joburg Market), a corporatized municipal entity incorporated in terms of the laws of the RSA under registration number 2000/023383/07 and with VAT registration number 4840195038, with its domicilium citandi et executandi situated at The Office of the CEO, 3rd Floor, Main Building, Joburg Market, 4 Fortune Road (off Heidelberg Road), City Deep, 2049, Johannesburg.

  • OTCQB has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3 hereof.

  • Quotation means the Bidder’s response made on the Quotation form set out on Part E of this RFQ with all appendices or addenda submitted by the Bidder in response to the RFQ;

  • Internal Market Buyer means a Market Buyer making purchases of energy from the PJM Interchange Energy Market for ultimate consumption by end-users inside the PJM Region that are served by Network Transmission Service.

  • Bulletin means a revenue administrative bulletin.

  • Financial Markets means international financial markets in which currency and other financial assets exchange rates are determined in multi-party trade.

  • Last Reported Sale Price of the Common Stock on any date means the closing sale price per share (or if no closing sale price is reported, the average of the bid and ask prices or, if more than one in either case, the average of the average bid and the average ask prices) on that date as reported in composite transactions for the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is traded. If the Common Stock is not listed for trading on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange on the relevant date, the “Last Reported Sale Price” shall be the last quoted bid price for the Common Stock in the over-the-counter market on the relevant date as reported by OTC Markets Group Inc. or a similar organization. If the Common Stock is not so quoted, the “Last Reported Sale Price” shall be the average of the mid-point of the last bid and ask prices for the Common Stock on the relevant date from each of at least three nationally recognized independent investment banking firms selected by the Company for this purpose.

  • Underlying Market means the relevant market where the Underlying Asset of a CFD is traded.
