OSHA Laws definition

OSHA Laws means any applicable past, present or future federal, state, territorial, provincial, foreign or local law, common law doctrine, rule, order, decree, judgment, injunction, license, Permit or regulation relating to public or employee health or safety or any other like matter, together with any other laws (federal, state, territorial, provincial, foreign or local) including, without limitation, the Occupational Safety and Health Act (29 U.S.C. 651 et seq.), as such laws have been, or are, amended, modified or supplemented heretofore or from time to time hereafter and any analogous future federal, or present or future state or local laws, statutes and regulations promulgated thereunder.
OSHA Laws means the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 U.S.C. §651 et seq., each state law corresponding thereto and all Applicable Laws, now or hereafter in effect relating thereto.
OSHA Laws means the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended, and all other Laws regulating or otherwise affecting health and safety of the workplace.

Neither the Company nor, to the knowledge of the Company, any subsidiary has received notice of any claim, action, suit, proceeding, hearing, enforcement, investigation, arbitration or other action from any court or arbitrator or governmental or regulatory authority or third party alleging that any product operation or activity is in material violation of any Health Care Laws, and, to the Company’s knowledge, no such claim, action, suit, proceeding, hearing, enforcement, investigation, arbitration or other action is threatened. Neither the Company nor, to the knowledge of the Company, any subsidiary is a party to or has any ongoing reporting obligations pursuant to any corporate integrity agreements, deferred prosecution agreements, monitoring agreements, consent decrees, settlement orders, plans of correction or similar agreements with or imposed by any governmental or regulatory authority.   • OFAC Laws means any laws, regulations, and Executive Orders relating to the economic sanctions programs administered by OFAC, including without limitation, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, 50 U.S.C. sections 1701 et seq.; the Trading with the Enemy Act, 50 App. U.S.C. sections 1 et seq.; and the Office of Foreign Assets Control, Department of the Treasury Regulations, 31 C.F.R. Parts 500 et seq. (implementing the economic sanctions programs administered by OFAC).

  • Law" or "Laws means any federal, state or local government law, rules or regulations applicable to the Project.

  • Data Protection Laws means EU Data Protection Laws and, to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country;

  • Sanctions Laws means those trade, economic and financial sanctions Laws administered, enacted or enforced from time to time by (i) the United States (including the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control), (ii) the European Union and enforced by its member states, (iii) the United Nations, or (iv) Her Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom.

  • Competition Laws means any federal, state, foreign, multinational or supranational antitrust, competition or trade regulation statutes, rules, regulations, orders, decrees, administrative and judicial doctrines and other laws that are designed or intended to prohibit, restrict or regulate actions or transactions having the purpose or effect of monopolization or restraint of trade or lessening of competition through merger or acquisition or effectuating foreign investment.

  • Statutes means the Companies Act, the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 of Bermuda, and every other act (as amended from time to time) for the time being in force of the Legislature of Bermuda applying to or affecting the Company, the Memorandum of Association and/or these presents;
