Original Leverage Multiple definition

Original Leverage Multiple means, with respect to any Collateral Obligation, the Leverage Multiple applicable to such Collateral Obligation as calculated by the Servicer (and, to the extent set forth in the Asset Approval Request, approved by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion) in accordance with the definition of Leverage Multiple and the definitions used therein and set forth in the related Approval Notice.
Original Leverage Multiple means, with respect to any Collateral Obligation, the Leverage Multiple applicable to such Collateral Obligation as calculated by the Servicer in accordance with the definition of Leverage Multiple and the definitions used therein.
