Ordinary Course Professionals definition

Ordinary Course Professionals means the various attorneys, accountants, auditors, and other professionals the Debtors employ in the ordinary course of their business and retained by the Debtors pursuant to the Ordinary Course Professionals Order.
Ordinary Course Professionals. Order" means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court authorizing the Debtors, or either of them, to retain, employ and pay certain professionals, as specified in the order, which are not involved in the administration of the Chapter 11 Case, in the ordinary course of business, without further order of the Bankruptcy Court.
Ordinary Course Professionals means those professionals authorized to be paid by the Debtors pursuant to the Order Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a), 327, 330 and 331 Authorizing Debtors to Employ and Pay Professionals Utilized in the Ordinary Course of Business [Docket No. 159].
