Optional Hosting Services means optional services described in the Process Manual which Host Vendor offers as Hosting Services, but which are not included in the Standard Hosting Services.

Examples of Optional Hosting Services in a sentence

  • Service Provider will host the Hosted Solution, including providing to Customer the Standard Hosting Services and any Optional Hosting Services which are part of the Hosted Solution, subject to and in accordance with the terms of the Process Manual and Service Class Manual.

  • The Hosting Fees shall be determined based upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ retail list prices for the applicable Hosting Services in effect at the time ▇▇▇▇▇▇ invoices Customer for such Hosting Fees, except to the extent that the parties mutually agree upon different amounts (including mutual agreement in the case of any Optional Hosting Services for which ▇▇▇▇▇▇ does not maintain retail list prices at the time of initial purchase of such Optional Hosting Services by Customer).

  • Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Nursing services means the provision of individual-specific advice, plans, or interventions by a nurse at a home based on the nursing process as outlined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Nursing services differ from administrative nursing services.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Free Services means the Subscription Service or other products or features made available by us to you on an unpaid trial or free basis.
