Optional Hosting Services means optional services described in the Process Manual which Service Provider offers as Hosting Services, but which are not included in the Standard Hosting Services.

  • Service Provider will host the Hosted Solution, including providing to Customer the Standard Hosting Services and any Optional Hosting Services which are part of the Hosted Solution, subject to and in accordance with the terms of the Process Manual and Service Class Manual.

Related to Optional Hosting Services

  • Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;
