OPNY Second Lien Documents means the collective reference to the Holdco NY Second Lien Stock Pledge Agreement, the GP Second Lien Partnership Interest Pledge Agreement, the LP Second Lien Partnership Interest Pledge Agreement, the Borrower Twelvepole Second Lien LLC Interest Pledge Agreement, the Borrower Second Lien Security Agreement, the Second Lien Mortgages, the Twelvepole Second Lien Security Agreement and the Twelvepole Second Lien Mortgage.
