Second Lien Documents means, collectively, the Second Lien Indenture, the Second Lien Security Documents, and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Second Lien Obligation, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection therewith, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed, extended or refinanced from time to time.

Second Lien Documents means the Second Lien Notes, the Second Lien Purchase Agreement, the Second Lien Guaranty, the Second Lien Parent Guaranty, the Second Lien Collateral Documents, the Second Lien Collateral Agency Agreement, the Second Lien Warrant Agreements and the Second Lien Registration Rights Agreement and all certificates, instruments and other documents made or delivered in connection herewith and therewith.

Second Lien Documents means the credit, guarantee and security documents governing the Second Priority Lien Obligations, including, without limitation, the ABL Facility and the Second Lien Security Documents.

Second Lien Documents means (i) the Second Lien Financing Documents, (ii) the Second Lien Hedge Agreements governing Second Lien Secured Hedging Obligations and (iii) the Second Lien Banking Services Agreements, in each case, as Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and subject to the terms hereof.

Second Lien Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement, the Second Lien Collateral Documents, and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any Second Lien Loan Party or any of its respective Affiliates, and delivered to the Second Lien Agent, in connection with any of the foregoing or any Second Lien Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the Second Liens hereof and thereof.

Second Lien Documents means (a) the Second Lien Indenture and the Second Lien Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Second Lien Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder in each case, as Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and subject to the terms hereof.

Second Lien Documents means the Indenture Documents and the Pari Passu Payment Lien Documents.
