Priority Lien Documents definition

Priority Lien Documents means the Priority Credit Agreement, the Priority Lien Security Documents, the other “Loan Documents” (as defined in the Priority Credit Agreement) and all other loan documents, notes, guarantees, instruments and agreements governing or evidencing, or executed or delivered in connection with, any Priority Substitute Credit Facility.

Priority Lien Documents means the indenture for the First Lien Notes and any additional indenture, credit facility or other agreement pursuant to which any Priority Lien Debt is incurred and the Security Documents (other than any Security Documents that do not secure Priority Lien Obligations).

Priority Lien Documents has the meaning assigned to such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.

• In exercising rights and remedies with respect to the Collateral, the Priority Lien Agent and the other Priority Lien Secured Parties may enforce the provisions of the Priority Lien Documents and exercise remedies thereunder, all in such order and in such manner as they may determine in their sole discretion and regardless of whether such exercise and enforcement is adverse to the interest of any Second Lien Secured Party or Third Lien Secured Party.

More Definitions of Priority Lien Documents

Priority Lien Documents means the Credit Agreement and any other Credit Facility pursuant to which any Priority Lien Debt is incurred and the Priority Lien Security Documents.

Priority Lien Documents means, collectively, the Note Purchase Documents, the Loan Documents and any other indenture, credit agreement or other agreement pursuant to which any Priority Lien Debt is incurred, and the Priority Lien Collateral Documents.
