Junior Lien Documents definition

Junior Lien Documents means, collectively, any indenture, credit agreement or other agreement or instrument pursuant to which Junior Lien Debt is incurred and the documents pursuant to which Junior Lien Obligations are granted.

Junior Lien Documents means, collectively, any indenture, credit agreement or other agreement governing a Series of Junior Lien Debt and the Security Documents that create or perfect Liens securing Junior Lien Obligations.
