Operational Audits definition

Operational Audits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.13.
Operational Audits means the comprehensive inspection and evaluation program of the food, services, sanitation, appearance, employee training, equipment maintenance or sales reporting of the Restaurants and Franchisees in order to verify each Restaurant and Franchisee’s compliance with the technical and operational standards under the Current Practice.
Operational Audits has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1(b) of the Master Agreement.

  • The Operational Audits shall be scheduled at mutually agreeable times upon reasonable advance written notice to ICS and shall be reasonable in scope and will not unduly interfere with ICS’ operations.

  • Operational Audits under this section, that relate to the Annual Service Fees or pricing, shall be subject to the limitations set out in Section 6.2.   • ICS shall provide assistance to the Company in the Operational Audits at no additional cost to the Company.

  • A request for Provider to provide assistance with Operational Audits will be considered a Work Order or Initiative if such Audit assistance results from a change in Investors’ audit requirements or information is required to be provided in a format different from the format normally used by Provider and Investors.

  • Initial Audit is Bank’s inspection of Borrower’s Accounts, the Collateral, and Borrower’s Books, with results satisfactory to Bank in its sole and absolute discretion.
