Operating Lease Payments definition

Operating Lease Payments means all amounts payable under any lease or rental agreement (other than obligations under capital leases) during the period in question (but excluding, in any event, amounts paid in respect of taxes, utilities, insurance, common area maintenance and other like charges associated with the lease and rental of real and personal property).
Operating Lease Payments means, for any period, amounts recorded or required to be recorded as operating lease expenses on consolidated financial statements of the Borrower prepared in accordance with GAAP plus, to the extent not otherwise included therein, payments by the Borrower or any Subsidiary during such period pursuant to Guarantees of operating leases of Franchisees or other Persons.
Operating Lease Payments means, for any Person during any period, all payments required to be made by such Person during such Period in respect of leases by such Person as lessee of Equipment Inventory, excluding any payment under any Capital Lease Obligation as lessee of such Equipment Inventory.
