Opco Notes definition

Opco Notes means the senior unsecured notes issued pursuant to the OpCo Notes MNPA.

Opco Notes means the $650.0 million in aggregate principal amount outstanding of 5.000% Senior Notes due 2021 and $650.0 million in aggregate principal amount outstanding of 5.500% Senior Notes due 2024, in each case, issued by the Issuer.
