Offline Payment definition

Offline Payment means a payment method which is initiated by WSSB and supported by Wavpay Technology Partner by scanning barcode, other machine- readable format or via other similar means generated in the Customer’s portable device to enable the Customer to make cashless payments through any Payment Channel at the Merchant’s physical outlet;
Offline Payment means User pays the Booking Deposit by way of cash or cheque to the Agent and the Agent undertakes to deposit such Booking Deposit into an account of the respective Agency. User hereby acknowledges the risk of making offline payment and shall not hold RENTGUARD and/or the Agency liable for any losses or damages arising from making such offline payment to the Agent.

  • Annual Payment The total amount payable to the Settlement Fund Administrator by the Settling Distributors on the Payment Date each year, as calculated by the Settlement Fund Administrator pursuant to Section IV.B.1.e.   • Source-image receptor distance means the distance from the source to the center of the input surface of the image receptor.

  • Lease Payments means the rental payments described in Exhibit A hereto.

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).

  • Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Royalty Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1.

  • Routine Patient Costs means all health care services that are otherwise covered under the Group Contract for the treatment of cancer or other Life-threatening Condition that is typically covered for a patient who is not enrolled in an Approved Clinical Trial.
