CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
Stillbirth means an unintended fetal death occurring after a gestation period of 20 completed weeks or more or an unintended fetal death of a fetus with a weight of 350 or more grams.
PMU means the Project Management Unit established in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;
FMCSA means Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
Rape Crisis Center means an office, institution, or center offering assistance to victims of sexual offenses through crisis intervention, medical and legal information, and follow-up counseling.
Stopover means a scheduled stop on your journey, at a point between the place of departure and the place of destination.
DfE means Department for Education;
DOH means the department of health.
Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means the framework dated May 2004 issued by the Recipient and outlining the environmental and social screening procedures to be followed during implementation of the Project including potential environmental and social risks and adverse impacts of the Project along with proposed mitigation measures;
ESBD means the Electronic State Business Daily, the electronic marketplace where State of Texas bid opportunities over $25,000 are posted. The ESBD may currently be accessed at http://www.txsmartbuy.com/sp.
Radiologic technologist, limited means an individual, other than a licensed radiologic technologist,
SONIAi-pLBD means, in respect of any London Banking Day falling in the relevant Observation Period, the SONIA reference rate for the London Banking Day falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the relevant London Banking Day "i".
SAMHSA means the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
Telehealth means the use of telecommunications technology by a Medicaid-enrolled provider to deliver functionally equivalent health care services including: assessment, diagnosis, consultation, treatment, and transfer of medically relevant data. Telehealth may include real-time interactive audio-only communication. Telehealth does not include communication between a provider and a member that consists solely of an email, text, or fax transmission.
