Notification and Report Form definition

Notification and Report Form means a Notification and Report Form required to be filed under the HSR Act with respect to the Purchase with the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

  • 1940 Act Notification means a notification of registration of the Fund as an investment company under the 1940 Act on Form N-8A, as the 1940 Act Notification may be amended from time to time.
