Notice Parties’ Addresses definition

Notice Parties’ Addresses means the addresses of the Notice Parties set forth in Section 6.1 hereof as modified from time to time pursuant to Section 6.1 hereof.

  • Notice Addresses means the following addresses for Tenant and Landlord, respectively:

  • Proof of address/business address means a document less than 3 months old containing residential address that is a utility bill, bank statement, rates account or tax invoice.

  • Business address means a single address of a governmental agency designated for the public to contact an employee or officer of the governmental agency.

  • ADDRESSES means the addresses of companies, self- employed, professionals and non-profit organisations; “Agreement” means the contract between Graydon and the Client for the supply of the Market Information services to which the Conditions apply;

  • Notice Address means with respect to the following entities:

  • address on record means the address of the recipient as available in the records of the supplier;

  • Address means a postal address or, for the purposes of electronic communication, a fax number, an e-mail or postal address or a telephone number for receiving text messages in each case registered with the charity;

  • Undeliverable address means an address to which the postal service or an authorized delivery service under Section5703.056 of the ORC is not able to deliver an assessment of the Tax Administrator, except when the reason for non-delivery is because the addressee fails to acknowledge or accept the assessment.

  • Email address of record means the designated email

  • Address for Notices means the addresses set forth in Sections Q and R of the Summary; provided, however, that after the Commencement Date, Tenant’s Address for Notices shall be the address of the Premises.

  • NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS All communications from you should be addressed to us at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000. Any notice from us to you shall be deemed to have been duly given if mailed or telegraphed to you at the address set forth above.
