Supply Address definition

Supply Address means the premises to which gas was, is or may be supplied under a contract.
Supply Address means the address to which gas will be supplied under the contract; and
Supply Address means the premises specified as the supply address in the Details section.

  • Availability of alternative tariffs Depending on the Meter configuration and availability at the Supply Address and the availability of alternative tariffs offered by your Distributor, we may offer different tariffs for the consumption of Energy at the Supply Address, including Feed-in Tariffs for electricity you generate at the Supply Address or consumption tariffs with a different rate for controlled load storage heating, hot water, or off-peak usage.

  • However, your Distributor is still responsible for Energy Supply to the Supply Address.

  • If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you may refer your complaint to the Energy ombudsman in the State in which your Supply Address is located.

  • This Market Contract is governed by the laws in force in the State in which your Supply Address is located.
