Notice of Missing Information definition

Notice of Missing Information means the notice sent by the Claims Administrator to a Claimant who has submitted a Claim Form with inaccurate, disqualifying, incomplete or missing information that is required for the Claimant to be considered eligible for the relief provided by this Settlement.
Notice of Missing Information means the notice sent by the Claims Administrator to a Class Member who has submitted a Claim Form with incomplete or missing information that is required for the Class Member to be considered eligible for the class relief provided by this Settlement.
