Notes Trustee Amounts means the Senior Notes Trustee Amounts and the Senior Parent Notes Trustee Amounts.

Notes Trustee Amounts means, as applicable, (a) any Pari Passu Debt Representative Amounts owed to a Notes Trustee in respect of any Pari Passu Debt; (b) any Second Lien Debt Trustee Amounts owed to a Notes Trustee in respect of any Second Lien Debt; and (c) any Additional Unsecured Debt Representative Amounts owed to a Notes Trustee in respect of any Additional Unsecured Debt.
Notes Trustee Amounts means all fees, costs and expenses (including legal fees) of a Notes Trustee (including any amount payable by way of indemnity, remuneration or reimbursement for expenses incurred) payable to a Notes Trustee for its own account pursuant to the Notes Documents, and the costs of any actual or attempted Enforcement Action which is permitted by this Agreement which are recoverable pursuant to the terms of the Notes Documents (all such amounts together with any applicable VAT).
Notes Trustee Amounts means all amounts payable to any trustee in relation to the Notes pursuant to any Notes Indenture and guarantees of amounts payable thereunder in respect of its fees, expenses and any amount payable to it personally by way of indemnity. Notes Trustee Amounts shall also include amounts payable to the paying agents, transfer agents and the registrars under the Notes Indenture and to any agent, custodian or other person employed by a trustee in relation to the Notes to act under the Notes Indenture and guarantee amounts payable thereunder in respect of the foregoing persons’ fees, expenses and any amounts payable to it personally by way of indemnity. Obligor means KDG, Regco and each New Obligor.

  • Senior Secured Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of November 5, 2009, among the Issuers, the Note Guarantors (as defined therein) and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, principal paying agent, transfer agent and registrar, as amended, extended, restructured, renewed, refunded, novated, supplemented, restated, replaced or modified from time to time;

  • Class A Trustee means the trustee for the Class A Pass Through Trust.
