Note Registration Rights Agreement definition

Note Registration Rights Agreement means the Registration Rights Agreement, dated on or about the date hereof, by and among the Company and the parties thereto, entered into in conjunction with the Note Purchase Agreement.
Note Registration Rights Agreement means the Note Registration Rights Agreement dated as of the Closing Date by and between the Company and the Initial Purchaser relating to the Notes.
