Nonvoting Shares definition

Nonvoting Shares has the meaning set forth in the preambles.
Nonvoting Shares means any shares of nonvoting common stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company, including, without limitation, all Nonvoting Shares issued in connection with any employee benefit plan of the Company or its subsidiaries, including the Management Stock Incentive Plan.
Nonvoting Shares has the meaning provided therefor in the recitals hereto.

Nonvoting Shares means the shares of nonvoting common stock, par value $.01 per share, of GGS.
