NON-RENEWAL OF CONTRACT definition

NON-RENEWAL OF CONTRACT is when a district intends not to offer a contract for a subsequent term of employment to a provisional employee. The district shall give notice of that intention to the employee at least 60 days before the end of the provisional employee’s contract term.
