NOBLE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY definition

NOBLE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY means (a) all patentable inventions conceived, discovered, developed, and/or reduced to practice by one or more employees, agents, or students of NOBLE in the performance of RESEARCH PROJECT(S), except as set forth in Article 2.1; (b) U.S. and/or foreign patents, patent applications, plant variety rights, plant variety right applications, reissues, continuations, continuations-in-part, and divisionals claiming such patentable inventions; and (c) all copyrighted works created by one or more employees, agents, or students of NOBLE in the performance of RESEARCH PROJECT(S).
NOBLE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY is expressly defined in the MRA, and such definition is incorporated by reference herein. Any and all NOBLE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY licensed under this Agreement shall be set forth in ANNEX A.
NOBLE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.17.
