NO OTHER WARRANTY. The COMPANY and all its suppliers disclaim all other warranties, wheth- er expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the SOFTWARE and the accompanying written materials.
