Warranties. - means collectively any and all warranties (if any) given by the Bidder in terms of this agreement.

Where Framework Schedule 21 (Tender) contains provisions which are more favourable to the Authority in relation to the rest of the Framework Agreement, such provisions of the Tender shall prevail.
