No duplication of payment definition

No duplication of payment means that the person shall not receive any payment under this administrative regulation if that person receives a payment under federal, state, or local law which is determined to have the same purpose and effect as the payment under this administrative regula- tion.

  • Schedule of Payments means the schedule of payments disclosed on a Contract.
