Nikon will assess the condition of the Equipment and reserves its right to charge / invoice you for any malfunction, loss, accident or damage (other than those discovered during the inspection in paragraph 5 above).
If the Equipment is not returned on or before the Return Date, you agree that Nikon shall be entitled to charge / invoice you additional fees at the rates set forth in Annex A as attached hereto.
