  • You must reproduce on each copy the Nikon copyright notice and any other proprietary legends that were on the original.

  • The license to the SOFTWARE will terminate automatically without notice from Nikon if you fail to comply with any provisions of this license.

  • Nikon will assess the condition of the Equipment and reserves its right to charge / invoice you for any malfunction, loss, accident or damage (other than those discovered during the inspection in paragraph 5 above).

  • If the Equipment is not returned on or before the Return Date, you agree that Nikon shall be entitled to charge / invoice you additional fees at the rates set forth in Annex A as attached hereto.
