Except as otherwise defined herein, terms defined in the NH UCC (as defined below) and used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the NH UCC; provided, however, that if a term is defined in Article 9 of the NH UCC differently than in another Article thereof, the term shall have the meaning set forth in Article 9.
For purposes of this Agreement, the terms for which definitions are supplied by the NH UCC include, without limitation, those set forth below.
