NGO Register means the list of NGOs maintained by the Recipient and consisting of NGOs which have the capacity of providing assistance to community groups in identifying and implementing Sub-Projects (as hereinafter defined), and referred to in paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Related to NGO Register

  • Public Register means the College’s register that is available to the public.

  • Unit Register means the register of the Partnership for the registration and transfer of Limited Partnership Interests as provided in Section 4.5.

  • Trust Register and “Trust Registrar” have the meanings stated in Section 3.2 of the Trust Agreement.

  • Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.

  • PPS Register means the Personal Property Securities Register established under the PPSA;
