NGCB definition

NGCB means a Temporary Global Covered Bond or a Permanent Global Covered Bond, in either case in respect of which the applicable Final Terms specify that it is a new global covered bond;
NGCB or “New Global Covered Bond” means a Temporary Global Covered Bond in the form set out in the First Schedule to the Agency Agreement or a Permanent Global Covered Bond in the form set out in the Second Schedule to the Agency Agreement, in either case where the applicable Final Terms specify the Covered Bonds as being in New Global Covered Bond form;
NGCB means new global Covered Bond;

Examples of NGCB in a sentence

  • References to DTC, CDS, Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg shall, whenever the context so permits (but not in the case of any NGCB), be deemed to include a reference to any additional or alternative clearing system specified in the applicable Final Terms as may otherwise be approved by the Issuer, the Issuing and Paying Agent and the Bond Trustee.

  • The Fiscal Agent shall authenticate and deliver such Permanent Global Covered Bond in accordance with the terms hereof and of the relevant Temporary Global Covered Bond and, in the case of an NGCB Permanent Global Covered Bond, instruct the Common Safekeeper to effectuate the Permanent Global Covered Bond.

  • The Fiscal Agent or the Registrar will promptly assist the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) in resolving any discrepancy identified in the IOA of Covered Bonds any NGCB Temporary Global Covered Bonds or NGCB Permanent Global Covered Bonds or in the records reflecting the IOA of any Global Covered Bond held under the NSS.

  • The Issuer hereby authorises and instructs the Fiscal Agent to elect an ICSD to be Common Safekeeper for each issue of an NGCB Temporary Global Covered Bond or an NGCB Permanent Global Covered Bond, or a Global Registered Covered Bond to be held under the NSS in relation to which one of the ICSDs must be Common Safekeeper.

  • In the case of an NGCB Temporary Global Covered Bond or an NGCB Permanent Global Covered Bond, or a Global Registered Covered Bond to be held under the NSS which has been destroyed by the Common Safekeeper, the Replacement Agent shall furnish the Issuer with a copy of the confirmation of destruction received by it from the Common Safekeeper.

  • CGCB means a Temporary Bearer Global Covered Bond in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 7 of this Agreement or a Permanent Bearer Global Covered Bond in the form set out in Part 2 of Schedule 7 of this Agreement, in either case where the applicable Final Terms specify that the Covered Bonds are not in NGCB form.

  • References to Euroclear, DTC and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg will, whenever the context so permits (but not in the case of any NGCB), be deemed to include a reference to any successor operator and/or successor clearing system and/or any additional or alternative clearing system specified in the applicable Final Terms Document or Pricing Supplement or as may otherwise be approved by the Issuer, the Issuing and Paying Agent and the Bond Trustee.

  • References to DTC, CDS, Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg shall, whenever the context so permits (but not in the case of any NGCB or Registered Global Covered Bond to be held under the NSS), be deemed to include a reference to any additional or alternative clearing system specified in the applicable Final Terms or Pricing Supplement as may otherwise be approved by the Issuer, the Issuing and Paying Agent and the Bond Trustee.

  • Eurosystem-eligible NGCB means an NGCB which is intended to be held in a manner which would allow Eurosystem eligibility, as specified in the applicable Final Terms.

  • NGCB means a Temporary Bearer Global Covered Bond in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 7 to this Agreement or a Permanent Bearer Global Covered Bond in the form set out in Part 2 of Schedule 7 to this Agreement, in either case where the applicable Final Terms specify that the Covered Bonds are in NGCB form.
