New Waiver Period definition

New Waiver Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on 31 December 2014 (inclusive).

  • Fourth Amendment Date means the Amendment Date (as defined in the Fourth Amendment).

  • Financing Period means the number of calendar days from, but excluding, the immediately preceding Reset Date to, and including, the current Reset Date.

  • Third Amendment Date means June 23, 2020.

  • Initial Term Loan Commitment means, in the case of each Lender that is a Lender on the Closing Date, the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 1.1(b) as such Lender’s Initial Term Loan Commitment. The aggregate amount of the Initial Term Loan Commitments as of the Closing Date is $820,000,000.

  • Forbearance Agreement means the forbearance agreement entered into by Granite Co. prior to the implementation of the 2011 Arrangement.
