Municipal Manager means the Municipal Manager of the Municipality.

Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Municipal officer or employee means an officer or employee of a municipality, whether paid or unpaid, including members of any administrative board, commission or other agency thereof and in the case of a county, shall be deemed to also include any officer or employee paid from county funds. No person shall be deemed to be a municipal officer or employee solely by reason of being a volunteer fireman or civil defense volunteer, except a fire chief or assistant fire chief.
Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Municipal entity means (a) a company, co-operative, trust, fund or any other corporate entity established in terms of any applicable national or provincial legislation, and which operates under the ownership control of one or more municipalities; or (b) a service utility.
Municipal Engineer means the engineer for the Municipality or such person or persons designated in writing from time to time by the Municipality.
County Executive means the County Executive of the County.
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
Employment agency means a person regularly undertaking with or without compensation to procure employees for an employer or to procure for employees opportunities to work for an employer and includes an agent of such a person.
Municipal corporation means, in general terms, a status conferred upon a local government unit, by state law giving the unit certain autonomous operating authority such as the power of taxation, power of eminent domain, police power and regulatory power, and includes a joint economic development district or joint economic development zone that levies an income tax under section 715.691, 715.70, 715.71, or 715.74 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Municipal office means an elective office in a municipality.
Director of Nursing means the Registered Nurse Level 5, appointed as such, who has charge of the nursing staff and who may also be required to supervise other staff (including domestic staff).
Municipal employee means any individual employed by a municipal employer other than an independent contractor, supervisor, or confidential, managerial or executive employee.

Campus police officer means a school security officer designated by the board of education of any school district pursuant to K.S.A. 72-6146, and amendments thereto.
Office of the Corporation means the executive office of the Corporation, anything in Section 131 of the General Corporation Law to the contrary notwithstanding.
Parkland means any publicly owned land which is designated or used as a public park, recreation area, wildlife or waterfowl refuge or historic site.
