The initial term of Service shall be as set forth in the SOA, MSOA or WMSOA (“Initial Term”) and shall begin on the Start of Service Date.
Service requested by Customer via a SOA, MSOA or WMSOA shall identify the type and quantities of Service desired, the location(s) at which Service is to be provided, the requested term of Service and such other information required by the Company to provision and invoice Service.
