Instalment means with respect to each Mortgage Loan Agreement, each instalment due from the relevant Debtor thereunder and which consists of an Interest Instalment and a Principal Instalment.
Repayment Amount means the amount to be paid by the Recipient to the OPWC on each payment date of each year during the Term pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Note.
Put Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Put Option pursuant to Clause 10.3 (Mandatory repurchase due to a Put Option Event).
Call Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Call Option determined by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Voluntary early redemption – Call Option), Clause 10.3(d) or a date agreed upon between the Bond Trustee and the Issuer in connection with such redemption of Bonds.
Loan Repayment Date means the date a Loan is scheduled to be repaid, as confirmed pursuant to Clause 5.3(c) of this Agreement, which shall in no event be later than the earlier of (i) the date falling six (6) Months from the relevant Utilisation Date and (ii) the Facility Repayment Date.
Repayment Period means the period beginning on the Loan Commencement Date and continuing for 36 calendar months.
Final Repayment Date means the date falling on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date and (ii) 30 November 2023.
Discount Range Prepayment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(C)(1).
Default Repayment Date means the settlement date set out by the Bond Trustee in a Default Notice requesting early redemption of the Bonds.
Repayment Price means, when used with respect to any Security to be repaid at the option of the Holder, the price at which it is to be repaid by or pursuant to this Indenture.
