MHz Households definition

MHz Households means the MHz per household in any given Market as determined in accordance with the methodology set forth in Exhibit B.

  • The number of Households for any GSA which is not included in the computation of the MHz Households set forth in the table below, will be determined using the CelSpectrum application.

  • If the CelSpectrum application is no longer available, the determination of MHz Households will be determined using the methods and procedures employed by the CelSpectrum application, or if not available, the most similar application available.

  • The MHz Household count provided below also includes the MHz Households for all channels licensed to the BTA authorization in the Markets where Sprint is the holder of the BTA authorization.

  • Households means one or more natural persons or a family who pays 30 percent of their household income toward their monthly rent and is determined by Grantee to be eligible for rental assistance under this Agreement.

  • Farmworker Household means a household of one or more persons wherein at least one member of the household is a Farmworker at the time of initial occupancy.

  • Median household income (MHI) means the calculation computed by the U.S. Census Bureau - Income of Households - This includes the income of the householder and all other individuals 15 years old and over in the household, whether they are related to the householder or not. Because many households consist of only one-person, average household income is usually less than average family income. The median divides the income distribution into two equal parts: one-half of the cases falling below the median income and one-half above the median. For households and families, the median income is based on the distribution of the total number of households and families including those with no income. The median income for individuals is based on individuals 15 years old and over with income. Median income for households, families, and individuals is computed on the basis of a standard distribution.

  • Eligible Household means a household charged a UEC on their natural gas and/or electricity for the residence at which they reside as evidenced by their utility bill or UEC-participating utility vendor, has annual income at or below the current income limits of the federal poverty level, and meets other income criteria for assistance from the Nevada Fund for Energy Assistance and Conservation. Conversely, households not charged a UEC are ineligible for assistance from the fund. A household that receives benefits funded with LIHEAP grant monies may also be referred to as an eligible household in this plan. Also, refer to “UEC Eligible.”

  • Head of household means the parent or parents with whom the dependent child or children were residing at the time of placement in foster care.

  • Household means a family group living in the same domestic dwelling.

  • Moderate-income household means a household with a total gross annual household income in excess of 50 percent but less than 80 percent of the median household income.

  • Low-income households means households earning 80 percent or less of the countywide median income.

  • Member of the household means any person who resides with the public official.

  • Certified household means a household that has been certified by an Administrative Agent as a low-income household or moderate-income household.

  • Campsite means any place where any bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.

  • Very low-income household means a household with a total gross annual household income equal to 30 percent or less of the median household income.

  • Household waste means any solid waste (including garbage, trash, and sanitary waste in septic tanks) derived from households (including single and multiple residences, hotels and motels, bunkhouses, ranger stations, crew quarters, campgrounds, picnic grounds, and day-use recreation areas).

  • Child-headed household means a household where the main caregiver of the said household is younger than 18 years of age. Child-headed household means a household headed by a child as defined in terms of section 28(3) of the Constitution.

  • Gross household income means gross income of a household as those terms are defined in rules of the authority.

  • Vehicles means all railcars, cars, trucks, trailers, construction and earth moving equipment and other vehicles covered by a certificate of title law of any state and all tires and other appurtenances to any of the foregoing.
